The Instructor
Barri Zehner, RN
Barri has years of experience teaching, raising, and mentoring children. She has several college degrees include one in Education with a concentration in psychology, as well as degree in Nursing, She has been working as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years currently employed by Northside Hospital, where she was selected from thousands of employees to receive the highest honor award offered through the Georgia Hospital Association - The Award of Excellence.
Barri is also a Certified instructor for the American Heart Association. Her outgoing, warm and exciting personality bring an energy to this class that cannot be replicated by others.
The Location
If you live in the Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett , Hall or Cherokee Counties in Georgia, your in luck! The class is held in Southern Forsyth County, which makes it easily accessible to residents of Atlanta and it's northern suburbs. If you don't live close by, it's still well worth the drive! Some students travel over 3 hours just to take this class and it's worth it!
Classes are held in a private home. This serves as the PERFECT setting for a babysitting class! Kids get hands on experience with items they will deal with "on the job" as a babysitter. If the private home location concerns you, let's set up a time to have you come by and meet us. Safety first! HUNDREDS of references can be given to you as well.
